This movie chronicles Mongolia’s thriving music scene among the youth and notorious rap stars that lead a life of riches, while highlighting the loss of ancient culture. Rich Beal of Koryo Tours will also be on hand. Koryo Tours works to bring people to exotic destinations, including Mongolia.

ACT Shanghai International Theatre Festival @ Dramatic Arts Centre
Asian Contemporary Theatre Shanghai International Theatre Festival, hosted by Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre (SDAC), is an annual event introducing international contemporary performing arts works and a platform for artists and audience to meet through theatre. Started in 2005, ACT now celebrates their 12th birthday and have expanded its reach beyond, though maintaining a focus on Asia artists and their works. Check out their website here. Plastic @ Shanghai Children’s Art Theatre
With bright colors and an imaginative story, creator-performers, Csaba Raduly and Pavla Mano entertain with a story about a plastic bag world. The bags, as puppets, are the center of the story where they can fly, eat other, and fill themselves. This performance is suitable for all ages and is filled with humor.

Burn the Floor @ Shanghai Oriental Art Center
Burn the Floor is a live dance show that has performed around the world, such as Broadway and West End. The show is known for its similarity to a rock-show and complex footwork. It has also been performed in over 130 countries.

Family Christmas Dinner @ Le Baron
It may be a few weeks before Christmas, but it’s never too early to start celebrating. Le Baron is hosting a family Christmas dinner with Pol Garcia and benefits The Library Project, which donates books to rural primary schools and orphanages in Asia.
