If you want to survive in the cutthroat Chinese restaurant business world, you’re going to need a little pizzazz.
The BBC has recently published a fun little video about two restaurants on Beijing’s bustling Ghost Street which have developed an unofficial rivalry by forcing their employees to dance outside twice daily when the weather is nice.
Managers and employees at the restaurants say that the dance-offs help to decrease stress, improve physical fitness and bring the staff together. Feel free to try it out at your workplace.
