While Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg likes to get in a little cardio and breathe in the brisk Beijing morning air during his visits to China, his sister apparently appreciates the finer things that the Middle Kingdom has to offer.
Yesterday, Randi Zuckerberg, the founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media, posted photos onto her Facebook of her whirlwind tour through Shanghai’s culinary scene. During her brief two-day stop in our fair city, she sampled some bullfrog for the first time:
“Surprisingly tasty!” she called the frog. “Once you can get past your brain screaming at you…” She added that it “totally” tastes like chicken; “But much less meat! So pretty effortful to eat!”
Zuckerberg also apparently enjoyed some “adorable” animal-themed dim sum:
In the comments underneath the photo, she called Shanghai “such a foodie city,” adding that she also dined at Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant Fu He Hui.
Well, at least someone appreciates Chinese cuisine.
