Flood season is here again it seems with parts of Guangzhou left submerged over the weekend following heavy rainstorms in the area.
Around 7,000 people from northern Guangzhou were relocated on Sunday morning as severe flooding caused homes to collapse, vehicles to get a thorough washing and fish to go swimming through locals’ living rooms.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported at this time. Check out some photos of the carnage below:

Biblical floods are nothing new for Guangzhou, which in 2013 was ranked as the most vulnerable city to flooding in the world among 136 other coastal contenders. Last year, at least one local was ready with his jet ski when the flooding hit.
