A video has gone viral over the weekend on Chinese social media from the inside of one Shanghai taxi cab as the driver weaves through traffic like he’s playing a video game… or simply driving in Shanghai at rush hour. It’s hard to tell the difference.
The video was filmed by one terrified Japanese tourist who held on tight as the cabby passed by more than 50 cars in less than two minutes on the highway out of the Pudong International Airport.

Afterward, the woman said that it was the most terrifying experience of her life, but also couldn’t help noting that Chinese taxis are extremely cheap.
