The Ciao! Bello! joins chicken wings and sodas on OH.MY.BURGER!’s new menu.
Fresh off bringing the Ramen Burger to Shanghai, OH.MY.BURGER! turns to Italy this time for its latest noodle sandwich, dubbed the Ciao! Bello!
“After launching the Ramen Burger and receiving a lot of positive feedback, we wanted to do something similar but with a more European twist this time,” says co-founder Tobias Werder. “So the idea of an Italian-inspired spaghetti burger was born.”

To make the buns, spaghetti is cooked with marinara sauce and packed together. The patty is made from Australian beef, and is topped with pancetta, gremolata, zucchini, mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, and radicchio di Chioggia. The burger is ¥70, and only 30 orders are available each day from August 11 to the end of September.
Garden Party, with a homemade sauce of fresh parsley, chopped garlic, parmesan and olive oil.
Also new at OH.MY.BURGER! are four styles of chicken wings. The Garden Party is baked and slathered in a parsley, garlic, parmesan and olive oil sauce, and the Mango Tango combines the flavors of Bangkok, Bali and Hawaii. For something heftier, The Bachelor is marinated in root beer for eight hours before being baked with sugar and BBQ sauce, and the I’m From Nashville is baked, fried, covered with cayenne and red peppers, and topped with lard. Each dish is ¥50 and comes with six wings.
From left to right: 17:00, Cranberry Basil Spritzer, Ginger Peach Soda, and Kyoto.
Washing it all down are six new spritzers, like the white grapefruit and rosemary Kyoto or the Cranberry Basil Spritzer, and three different lemonades. That may sound like a lot, but OH.MY.BURGER! is now open every day from 11am to 10pm (they were previously only open for dinner), so there’s plenty of time to take them all in.
