Last week on a Shandong expressway, motorists were alarmed to see a car slowly driving down the fast line… in the wrong direction.
Fortunately, police were able to stop the driver of the vehicle before an accident could occur. The subsequent conversation between the officer and female driver has since gone viral online with the woman attempting to claim that it was her GPS that had led her astray as she was just following its directions.
Confounded by her excuse, the officer then tries to figure out how the woman thought what she was doing was ok. After she tells him that she was driving carefully, he asks her if she knows how long she had been driving in the wrong direction for.
The woman claimed that she did not. Turns out, for 10 kilometers. Oops!
She had 12 points deducted from her license and was fined 200 yuan… that oughta show her.
