Where to go, what to do on November 1 in Shanghai.
The Producers @ Shanghai Culture Square
Based on Mel Brooks’ Academy Award-winning movie, “The Producers” is a musical comedy about New York producer Max Bialystock. Impoverished by a string of Broadway flops, he recruits accountant Leo Bloom to help him pull off the Theater District’s greatest scam: producing the worst show ever and run away with millions.

Ship of Dreams: The Titanic Experience @ No. 8 Captain Sailer Wharf
This immersive and interactive experience couples the mystery and excitement of the recent touring show “Sleep No More” with high adventure on the waters of the Huangpu on an actual ship. Guests will play both factual and fictional characters who were on the Titanic’s only journey, and performers will act out scenarios that you can either observe or participate in. Using a combination of physical theatre, mime, song, dance, and light, the story of familiar Titanic characters weaves together dancing, singing, mysterious plots of intrigue and conspiracy, love, romance, and an ultimate dash for survival.
