A young woman has managed to put an obscure rural road in southern Taiwan on the map, simply with a flash of her boob.
Last month, a Taiwanese netizen was apparently killing time by scanning through Taiwan’s Pingtung county on Google Maps. The area is filled with some beautiful countryside farmland, but is somewhat lacking in landmarks or notable sights. However, amid the fields of crops, the netizen did happen to find one area of interest: Pinge Road (屏鵝公路).
The road was marked with an 18-second video of a woman who looks over her shoulder before slowly pulling down her top, revealing her right breast with a smile.
In no time, the footage and screencaps had started making rounds on Taiwanese social media, with many a commenter expressing interest at visiting the site. “It’s really a nice place with beautiful scenery… One must make a pilgrimage there,” Taiwan News quotes one as writing.
On Google Maps, the spot now holds a very solid 4.1 rating out of 411 reviews with hundreds giving the road a perfect 5 stars. Meanwhile, many netizens have written that they were sorry they were too late to see their “grandma” (奶奶), Chinese slang for boobies.
The woman’s identity remains a mystery, though Taiwanese media has referred to her as a foreigner, who is also apparently a well-experienced traveler, having recorded similar videos in different locales in the past.
Unfortunately, Pinge Road’s claim to fame is now gone with Google Maps enforcing its rules against posting pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive content. Here’s the somewhat less titillating photo that has come to replace the video:
Google is reportedly looking into how such a video came to be uploaded and refining its “anti-boob algorithm.”
