n perhaps the strongest signal yet that things are getting back to normal in China, KTVs have started opening back up.
KTVs, internet cafes, and other entertainment venues have all been allowed to resume operations in the Hunan capital of Changsha.
Staff members at one KTV told reporters that in order to enter, customers must present green health QR codes, have their heads and shoes disinfected, get their temperature checked, and register their personal information.
Each room is equipped with its own disinfection supplies and microphones are immediately disinfected after use.
Nightclubs and KTVs have also begun opening back up in Shanghai, Beijing, and other cities around China, allowing residents to finally cut loose after two long months of quarantines.
