Pencil This In: Job Fair, Punchline Comedy, and Anniversary Celebrations

It's gonna be a good week, Shanghai. Whether you're an unemployed soul, an MBA student or a corporate drone, there's something for you to check out. Pencil This In: An acting workshop, a book fair, and a whole lotta networking

There's an abundance of networking events taking place this week, so whether you're old or young, speedy or slow, Canadian or Scottish, there's an opportunity for you to go forth and mingle.

Bean Shanghai is a relatively new volunteer group with a twist. Rather than have their own particular cause, Bean works with different NGOs or community groups to support their activities. Since the association is designed for young professionals rather than the full-time Tai Tais, the one-off events are usually held in the evenings or on the weekends. Bean also has a social/networking component and holds a monthly meeting at Kuluska.
