Why you should grab a bite: We happened across this one by chance. We don't usually go into Chinese bakeries (not a huge fan of sweet, airy breads) and the Milky Russian's boring shape is well, boring so we wouldn't have discovered this treat if it weren't for friends but boy are we glad we did. It's probably not Russian (as far as we can tell) but this large bun's soft texture and very buttery taste could qualify to be manna from heaven. Best when just out of the oven of course!
