Fierce protesting raged outside Seoul's Chinese embassy yesterday in response to the Dec 12 killing of a South Korean serviceman by the Chinese captain of a mainland fishing vessel. The coastguard officer, Lee Cheong-ho, was allegedly stabbed repeatedly during a tussle with Chinese crew members while on a mission to end an illicit fishing operation in South Korean waters.

Wikileaks: Assange hates Chinese copycats, DPRK is not collapsing, and more!
It's DAY THREE of Wikileaks and with more and more cables coming down the line, there's more and more potentially embarrassing stuff being revealed about what key (and not so key) diplomatic figures think. China is not exempt! But before we try and summarize the various new plots and blunders revealed by Julian Assange, a few things to note: Chinese people should NOT do their own Shanzhai version of Wikileaks - they don't understand the dangers and aren't prepared, like Assange is.

Shanghai Daily: T-shirt is "greatly hurting the feelings of the Chinese people"
So about a week ago, the news surfaced that German-born Swiss-based couturier Phillipp Plein released a limited edition T-shirt that screamed "F-U-C-K YOU CHINA". OK, it was more like a whisper - the words were only readable up close and as we all know, couturiers are all about subtle elegance.

Late last month, we told you about the Shanghai Wild Animal Olympics, and we probably didn't infuse the post with the proper amount of outrage.
