Touchmedia WOW fitness lady identity revealed!
Remember all that speculation over the WOW fitness lady teaching us how to keep it loose in a Shanghai taxi? Well the mystery is finally solved! According to Shanghai Daily, she's started quite the flurry of debate online. Chinese netizens have been arguing on Weibo as to whether they think she's totalz crazy and personally disturbing, or whether they think her retro 80s-era aerobic motif is cool.

According to the country's National Physique Monitoring report, youth bodies have been on the decline for the past decade, with flexibility, "explosive strength," endurance, muscle power and vital capacities all sliding downwards. Yikes! Guess those morning exercises aren't as effective as you'd think.
Megafit Luwan powering off its treadmills
When Megafit first moved from its decent third floor of an office building location into the basement, we were bummed about the disappearing view, but hopeful that our gym going days wouldn't be much worse off. Then we went there, found out the new Megafit was pretty terrible, and figured it'd die a quick death.
