The 2007 Quality of Living Survey fresh off the press from Mercer Human Resource Consulting has Shanghai coming in at 100th spot in a ranking of 215 cities around the world.

Mercer Human Resource Consulting just released its annual standard of living report, which ranks the quality of life in the world's major big cities. Shanghaiist has kept up the results the last few years, and there haven't been any major changes. Bloomberg reports:

And we all have the weak dollar to thank. Shanghai has slipped 14 spots to No. 30 in this year's rankings of the world's most costliest cities by London-based Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Beijing, ranked No. 11 last year, fell to 19. Hong Kong fell from No. 5 to 9. (Download a PDF of the Top 50 cities.)
