Apparently all you need is a good typhoon scare to bring in some good tunes! This week, we were originally supposed to be treated to TWO big-name acts, Neon Trees and Simple Plan. Unfortunately for all you pop punk fans out there, Simple Plan has been canceled. Punk fans can instead catch French punk in the form of The Shapers at Yuyintang on Friday.
