Yet another jam-packed weekend hits Shanghai. In case you're looking for something to do that's not related to all the live music choices available this week, we present you with some sweet alternatives. Ranging from a wig party, to a pub crawl, to yet another new art exhibit, we're sure you'll find something to keep yourself occupied.

In typical Shanghai form, there are more Halloween parties this Saturday then you can count (including, of course, our bound-to-be fantabulous Rampage bash). But here's another option we'd love to endorse …Shanghai LGBT’s 4th Annual Halloween Pub Crawl.

2007 was a great year for Shanghai's LGBT community. Brimming with events and parties that forced us to dig up photographic evidence to remember, the one-year old and 650+ member ShanghaiLGBT group really got into its stride this year, organizing events for all of the crazy and diverse characters in the group. The growth of the LGBT community in Shanghai was evident at this year's second annual LGBT Pub Crawl, where people were turned away after around 200 people signed up for slots on the two large coach buses. The event left people saying, "Can we do this every month?"

Ever heard of Space Bar? Not many people have. It’s a well-kept secret in the gay community that just opened up a couple of months ago.

The other night Shanghai’s No. 1 Fag Hag was sitting around with some friends trying to list all the gay/lesbian bars in town. We named 14 and at the same time came to the conclusion that Shanghai is in desperate need off a pub crawl.
