The Saudi Arabia Expo Pavilion, one of the most popular pavilions during the Expo, is slated to reopen as early as next month. This is hopeful news if you never braved the 9 hr wait. It's still no guarantee you won't have mind-boggling lines, (see the hordes that swarmed China Pavilion's reopening) but it is a second shot at getting in.

Surprise, surprise: Yet another survey on how much we loved the Expo
As if it would have surprised anyone, a recent large-scale public opinion survey by the Fudan Media and Public Opinion Research Center found that 90 percent of Shanghai residents gave the World Expo a resounding thumbs up.
Individual Shanghai smokers to start getting fined
Giving its admittedly lame smoking law some more teeth, city legislators have served up a new draft legislation called the "Shanghai public tobacco control law" that would actually begin fining individuals for taking drags in prohibited locations.
