Double Burgers & 8 Ball Competition @ Shanghai Brewery
January 1st is one of those typically grey days. The new year is there, most likely you celebrated big the night before and now you’re standing there and wonder what to do. Unless you’re working off a hangover that dictates you what to do (stay in bed), that is. Well here’s one option: 2-4-1 burgers and happy hour beer (till 8pm), followed by a fierce pool competition at SH Brewery. Participation is free for all and you can win sparkling and drink vouchers.

Lions&Lambs: Crafting @ Virgo
The weekly ladies night at Virgo doesn’t only offer a selection of free cocktails, but also snacks, pizza and desserts on top. But that’s not all: This week’s theme is crafting, and apparently you ladies have the opportunity to master new crafting techniques with experts. Sounds mysterious. Are we talking about pottery, painting or knitting? Or maybe crash courses on how to iron a shirt? Sorry for the lame joke, girls – I’m simply lost here. Guess free drinks and food will do for most anyway.
Free // 9:30pm – midnight // Virgo // Laomatou Bldg 11, 505 Zhongshan Nan Lu, near Fuxing Dong Lu (老码头, 中山南路505号11栋, 近复兴东路)
