Well, last week, Shanghai issued an etiquette guide to promote civilized behavior among the millions ready to flock into Shanghai Disneyland when it opens in just 10 days, but really you never can think of everything that people might do.
Friday was a particularly rainy day in Shanghai, which left those walking around the massive park with some seriously soaked shoes, Toutiao News reports. Not to worry though, as a number of tourists found a novel way to warm up those wet toes.
Apparently all coming to the same conclusion, female tourists were spotted inside one bathroom using the automatic hand dryers to dry and warm their soaked feet. This “uncivilized behavior” was caught on camera and later uploaded to Chinese social media to the shame of netizens across the country. Though we gotta say, the bathrooms look pretty nice.
This comes after last month’s May Day fiasco when around 100,000 tourists descended upon Shanghai Disneyland and trashed the place, even before it actually opened.
Hopefully the ink isn’t dry on that etiquette guide quite yet.
