Shanghai International Film Festival
The 19th Shanghai International Film Festival takes place this weekend, with tickets for numerous events and film screenings on Taobao. The star-studded main events will be screened on TV, but there’s lots more going on for the general public between June 11 and 19. Find out more at the SIFF website.

Tianzhuo Chen: Trayastrima @ Chi Art Space
All the way from Palais de Tokyo in Paris, Tianzhuo Chen’s Trayastrima exhibits at Chi Art Space in K11. Trayastrima brings together sculptural, video and performative elements and features recurring characters that are grotesque, yet familiar: a menagerie of outlandish acrobats, androgynous characters, five-eyed blondes and gangster rappers.
