Shanghai Slim’s is an American style steak house in Sinan Mansions, serving excellent US beef since 2011. It’s specialty is ribeye with a few weeks dry-ageing in-house, also on the menu are porterhouses, cowboys, filets and sirloins. A highlight of the restaurant is the “Chef’s Table” in the kitchen; where up to 12 people can dine and experience the action. All guests are welcome at any time to visit the kitchen and inspect the steaks before making a choice.
