The Last Day of Pompeii @ Shanghai Global Harbor Museum


Major touring exhibition The Last Day of Pompeii arrives in Shanghai this summer, bringing with it over 300 artifacts, treasures, and casts from the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s a tragedy we’re all familiar with: in 79 CE, Mount Vesuvius, an active volcano east of Naples, Italy, erupted, destroying nearby Pompeii. [See flyer here]
