Last Wednesday in Shenyang, Liaoning province, three angry men spray painted and threw bricks at a barbershop which they claim gave them bad haircuts.
Surveillance footage shows three men vandalizing the shop on July 6th at 3:22 a.m. One of them can be clearly seen spraying red and black paint, while another throws bricks at the shop window. The third person cannot be seen clearly in the footage, Chenyang Evening Post reports.
The shop owner recognized the two vandals as customers who had their haircut in his shop in late June. The two complained to the barber about their haircuts but refused to let him fix it. Didn’t they know they were lucky not to be stabbed on the spot?
One even told the shop owner, “You better watch out”. At least the shop owner has a clear idea who is screwing with him, unlike this poor man who probably still has no clue who keeps smearing shit on his front door.
While the incident attracted more than 2,000 comments on Tencent, netizens can’t decide on who’s in the right. Some say that those men were probably too ugly to possibly look good with any haircut anyway. A lot of people, however, can relate to the experience of getting a lousy haircut and say the barbershop deserves it. What?
If you are rich, there are less violent ways to publicly express your dissatisfaction to service providers, like blocking the shop entrance with your Batmobile.
