To launch our inaugural event happening this Sunday (Aug 28), we’re going to one of our favorite restaurants — Calypso Restaurant & Lounge at Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai.There’ll be 4 courses – a starter, a pasta, four mains you can choose from and a dessert. There are options to accommodate for all dietary requirements including meat lovers, pescetarians and vegetarians.

Chef Luciano Farinelli, from Italy, is the only chef in Shanghai to make pizza with a 72-hour maturation process — that’s THREE sleeps! — and trust us, he makes some of the best pizzas in town!

Luciano started in the kitchen since he was 14, and has never looked back. He has an undying passion for traditional Napolitan cuisine, so be prepared to be wowed by his culinary creations.
