Master of Hawaii regional cuisine, Chef Alan Wong has drawn upon the unique ethnic influences of Hawaii and the people’s cultural diversity and brought the same spirit with him to Shanghai. Chef Alan Wong has put together a 5 course tasting menu of their most popular dishes including the ”soup and sandwich”, butter poached live main lobster, ginger-crusted red snapper, twice-cooked soy braised short ribs and their famous ”The Coconut” dessert. The entire tasting menu is available everyday for ¥700 from 530pm until 11pm.
