A yellow electric scooter turned some heads while cruising down the road in Zhengzhou on Wednesday after pedestrians noticed that the passenger on the back was hooked up to a makeshift IV.
This unusual sight was captured on a cell phone camera by one passerby who later uploaded the pictures online. The images show that the driver had managed to “install” a long stick on the front of his scooter, from which he hung the IV bag.
Which was then attached to the woman seated behind the driver.
While this may seem a bit dangerous, at least the woman herself wasn’t driving. Last year, a Zhejiang driver was stopped by police for not only being on an IV drip while driving, but talking on the phone at the same time. The driver explained to police that he was “good at multitasking.”
