Masterpieces from the Centre Pompidou @ Shanghai Exhibition Center
After its stop at Tokyo, Masterpieces from the Centre Pompidou has come to Shanghai. With artwork from renowned artists including Kadinsky and Picasso, this exhibition highlights work created in France from 1906 to 1977 with one artwork for each of those 72 years. From Dufy to Duchamp, oil painting to readymade, this exhibition is fitting for the artist and amateur.

In the myth, an anthropomorphized brolga, a large Australian bird, steals an emu’s egg. When the brolga finally relents, the brolga accidentally breaks the egg to create a powerful ball of light and fire. Sand Song opens this Wednesday.

The traditional German Christkindlmarkt (otherwise known as Christmas Market) lands in Shanghai this Christmas. How exciting!
