Recently, a woman parked her vehicle on the roadside in front of a convenience store in the Liaoning city of Dalian and started talking on her phone. Her conversation was interrupted, however, when an elderly man ran into the hood of her car.
Surveillance footage has gone viral on Chinese social media showing the old man jogging towards the parked vehicle and falling down in front of it as if he had been hit. The woman then got out of the car and talked to the man, but he refused to leave.
He changed his tune, however, when she called the police, getting up and shuffling away from the scene.
